Cinnamon Honey Butter- Gift in a Jar

These Cinnamon Honey Butter jars make a pretty presentation when you add a little decoration to the jars.

Ingredients:

1 cup Honey
1 cup butter, softened (no substitutions)
1 cup powdered sugar
1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 half pint canning jars

Directions:

Whisk first four ingredients together in bowl. (or you can use whisk attachment on mixer.) Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides of bowl to be sure all ingredients are well-blended.

Carefully spoon into half pint jars. (Or you can also use a rubber spatula to pour mixture in to a large ziplock bag. Cut off tip and squeeze into half pint jars.) Tip: If you need to lay the bag down before filling all the jars, place bag in tall glass for support.

Keep refrigerated. Serve room temperature.

Yield: 3 half pint jars
