Egg Drop Soup


Ingredients:

3 cups chicken broth, 
1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce, 
1 teaspoon sesame oil, 
3 teaspoon cornstarch, 
3 teaspoon water, 
2 eggs beaten, 
4 green onions sliced, 
salt and pepper to taste.   

Directions:

In a saucepan combine the chicken broth, soy sauce and sesame oil. Bring to a boil. Stir together the cornstarch and water and pour into the boiling broth. Boil stirring for 2 minutes. Gently pour in beaten eggs while stirring in one direction. Remove from heat and serve with green onions and salt and pepper.
