Turkey Platter Salad

Ingredients:

Red Leaf Lettuce
Celery Sticks
Baby Carrots
Asparagus
Red Bell Pepper Slice
Yellow Bell Pepper Slices
Green Bell Pepper Slices
Cherry Tomatoes
1 Yellow Squash
2 Olives sliced
Cucumbers

Directions:

Wash all of the above vegetables and set in piles together. Slice the Peppers and put them in their own pile. Take the cucumbers and peel and slice. Arrange Lettuce around on the platter.  Next arrange the celery sticks over the lettuce around the platter, then baby carrots and asparagus. Then arrange the slices of bell peppers as the picture above, then the cherry tomatoes. Place the yellow squash as shown in picture above and slice an olive for the eyes. Use a red pepper slice for the beak and then arrange the cucumbers around the squash as shown above and then add the two celery stick for the feet, cutting one end into the points.
