No-Bake Biscoff Cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. milk2 c. sugar 1/2 c. Biscoff Spread2 1/2 c. rolled oats 2 t. vanillaDirections:
In a large saucepan melt butter, milk and sugar, stirring, until it reaches a rolling boil. Let it boil 1 minute.Remove from heat. Stir in Biscoff Spread, oats and vanilla until well mixed.Place spoonfuls of batter on parchment or waxed paper. Let cookies set up. Store in airtight container.
