Funnel Cake
Ingredients:
3 large eggs
1/4 c sugar
2 c milk
3 2/3 c flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoon baking powder
vegetable oil
Directions:
Beat eggs & sugar together & then add the mile slowly--beat. Add the dry ingredients & beat until smooth & creamy.
Pour batter into a funnel & at the same time, use finger to plug up hole. In a large cast iron pan. (I used normal pan), ass 2 inches of oil.
When oil becomes hot, move your hand over the pot slowly release your finger so the batter can start cooking. (Batter will be somewhat thick, so make sure the hole is big enough for a good flowing stream of batter).
Move the funnel around to make designs. Brown both sides--then immediately remove & drain extremely well.
Top with cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar as a topping. I recommend you shift the sugar first.
