Star Spangled Spread

 

Just in time for the 4th of July, make this patriotic spread for your morning toast. Make it even more festive by serving with star-shaped toast, made by using a star cookie cutter.

Ingredients:

15 oz	Tub I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
3 Tbsp	Strawberry Preserves
½ tsp	Lemon Zest
3 Tbsp	Blueberry Preserves
	Garnish:
	Sliced Starfruit

Directions:

Divide butter equally into three separate bowls. In the first bowl, stir in the strawberry preserves. In the second bowl, stir in the lemon zest. In the third bowl, stir in the blueberry preserves. Layer the three butters in a serving bowl or butter crock, starting with the strawberry on the bottom, the lemon in the middle and the blueberry on the top. Garnish with a slice of starfruit. Serve spread with favorite toast.
