Ingredients:
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons chili pepper, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon lime zest
1 lime, juiced
4 ounces salted butter
Directions:
Sauté the garlic and oil in a small sauté pan over medium heat for 3-4
minutes, or until the garlic is soft and golden brown. Add the chili
pepper, lime juice and the butter, cooking only until the butter is
melted. Add the lime zest. Remove from heat and skim off the butterfat.
Use to season vegetables.
