Chicken Salad


Ingredients:

3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped grapes
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
sweetener to taste

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix chicken, celery, chopped grapes, and green onion.


In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, salt, black pepper, and onion powder etc.

Cover chicken mixture with dressing and stir until well mixed.


Cover and chill chicken salad until ready to serve.
