Spaghetti Pizza
Ingredients:
2 pounds hamburger, browned
Diced onion
Garlic salt, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sliced Pepperoni
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 pound thin spaghetti
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Break up spaghetti into small pieces and cook; drain. Mix with milk and eggs. Pour into a greased 9×13-inch pan. Top with spaghetti sauce. Then, as for pizza, layer hamburger, spices, pepperoni and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Any of your favorite pizza toppings can be used!
Directions:
Brown hamburger with diced onion.
Break up spaghetti into small pieces.
Cook and drain. While spaghetti cooks, whip together eggs and milk.
Add spaghetti (drained) to egg/milk mixture.
Stir well.
Pour into greased 9×13 pan and set out your toppings.
Carefully drop and spread spaghetti sauce over noodle mixture. Layer hamburger over sauce, pepperoni slices over hamburger, then top with your favorite pizza toppings – green pepper, mushrooms, olives, onions.
Once you have layered your favorite ingredients, top with shredded mozarella cheese.
Place in 350 degree oven and bake for 40-45 minutes until edges are golden brown.
Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
