Does our new Pink Velvet cake mix make you say “Whoopee”?
Ingredients:
- 1 box Signature Pink Velvet Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 1 container Creamy Home-Style Cream Cheese Frosting
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine cake mix, flour, eggs, vegetable oil and water in a large bowl. Mix until thoroughly blended.
- Use a teaspoon and scoop batter onto cookie sheet. Put no more than 12-15 per sheet, as the batter will spread.
- Bake 10 minutes. Let cool completely and set aside.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of frosting on the flat sides of half of the mini whoopie pies and top with remaining pies.
