Veggie Lodge


Ingredients:

3 Bags of Carrots
2 Cucumbers
2 Red Bell Peppers
3 Bottles of Ranch Dressing
1 Pkg of Broccoli Chunks
2 Sweet Potatoes
1 Pkg. Of Button Mushrooms
1 Pkg of Brown Mushrooms (small)
1 Pkg. of Cherry Tomatoes (Yellow)
2 Artichokes
4 Small golden potatoes
2 Large Pieces of Styrofoam
1 Veggie Peeler
2 Icing Bags for Ranch Dressing

Directions:

Wash and cut all vegetables to size needed. Cut a rectangle of styrofoam for Veggie House to sit on and cut triangular pieces to support the roof. Slice Cucumber for eves of the roof. Cut carrots to length needed and cut out for stacking wedges. Slice sweet potatoes for walkway. Fill icing bags with ranch dressing an use to fill between carrot sticks to fill in the gaps in the walls of the house. Place vegetables in yard, artichokes as trees and gold potatoes as rocks and put dressing on as if it were snow. Cut one red bell pepper in half and wash out and fill with ranch dressing when you start eating the house. Use cherry tomatoes as flowers on top of celery wedges. Have fun and enjoy.
