Coconut Pineapple Pie
Ingredients:
1 large can of crushed pineapples
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 sticks margarine
4 tablespoons flour
1 cup coconut
Directions:
Put eggs in first and beat. Combine all the other ingredients and mix
well. Oven should be on 325 and pie will come out brown on edges and
middle will still be yellow. Makes 2 pies! I like to serve cool whip on
the side.
