Grilled Pistachio Salmon




Ingredients: 

1    cup pistachios chopped, 
1/2 cup brown sugar, 
3    tbs lemon juice, 
1    tsp dill, 
1    tsp pepper

 
Directions:

Combined 1 cup pistachios chopped, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 3tbs lemon juice, 1tsp dill, 1 tsp pepper. Then spoon over your salmon fillets. Grill covered over high heat for 5-10 min or until fish flakes easily.
