Cream Cheese Sausage Balls


The cream cheese makes these sausage balls moist and tender.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb sausage, uncooked (i use mild or medium)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 c bisquick mix
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded 

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Roll into 1-inch balls.
  3. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, or until brown.
  4. Eat plain or serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
