Here's my favorite Trail Mix Recipe! 1/4 cup is 167 calories and will keep you full. I put it in little ziploc bags and keep them in my purse so that I'm never tempted to eat poorly when I'm out.
Ingredients:
2 cups pumpkin seeds, no shells
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cup raw sunflower seeds, no shells
3/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Directions:
Mix together in a bowl. Portion out snacks in baggies. Put the rest in an airtight container.
