Roasted flourets is a nice healthy side dish that goes perfectly with a
fish or chicken entrée. This can also easily be made into just a snack
by itself.

2 tbsbs of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp of salt
Lemon wedges
Pepper to taste
