Ingredients:
(10 to 12 cups of assorted fruit)
2 apricots, sliced
3 kiwi, peeled and sliced
¼ honeydew melon
1 lb strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 cups blackberries
2 cups red and green seedless grapes
1 ½ cups blueberries
juice of one lime
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon finely chopped mint
Directions:
In a large plastic or glass bowl, combine the fruit. Refrigerate.
In a small bowl whisk the lime juice, honey, and mint together. Drizzle over fruit and toss lightly when ready to serve.
