Apricot Glazed Ham




Ingredients:

1 (14 to 16-pound) fully cooked, spiral-cut smoked ham on the bone
3 teaspoons minced garlic
8 1/2 ounces apricot preserves
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
1/4 cup honey mustard
3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 orange, zested
1/4 cup orange juice


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place ham in a roasting pan. Combine garlic, preserves, mustards, brown sugar, orange zest, and juice in a small bowl. Pour 1/2 of glaze over ham. Bake 30 minutes, then pour the rest of the glaze on the ham. Bake 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
