Hot Fudge Topping
Ingredients:
¼ lb. butter (½ cup)
¾ cup chocolate chips
2 cups powdered sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Melt
together the butter and chocolate chips slowly in saucepan. Add the
powdered sugar and milk. Stir all together and bring to a boil. Boil
softly for 8 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir and
put into pint jars. Store in refrigerator. Heat and serve over ice
cream.
