Nutty Chocolate Fudge


A classic, rich, creamy fudge.

Ingredients:

1 1-lb. pkg. (approx. 3 3/4 cups) C&H® Powdered Sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1/4 cup milk, evaporated (not condensed)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped

Directions:

Grease 9x5-inch loaf pan. Combine all ingredients, except nuts, in medium, heavy saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and creamy, 7-10 minutes. Stir in nuts; Spread evenly in pan. Cool completely. Cut into 24 squares.
