Smoked Trout Pate
Ingredients:
Smoked Trout
1 Tbsp Fresh or Frozen Chives
½ tsp dill weed
¼ tsp pepper
Basil and garlic salt
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Directions:
In
food processor blend 1/2 cup cream with trout, herbs and spices until
trout is finely chopped. Whip remaining cream until stiff. Gently
fold in fish mixture. Serve with crackers, breads or veggies.
