Whipped Cream Topping


Ingredients:

For every cup of whipping (heavy) cream, (see below) add 2 Tbsp powdered sugar and 2 tsp vanilla…..whip until it holds soft peaks.

Homemade Whipping Cream (heavy cream)

1 stick butter
½ cup shortening
1 cup warm whole milk

Or

¾ cup warm whole milk
1 stick butter  


Directions:

Mix butter and shortening, adding warm milk a little at a time while beating at high speed.
