The cream cheese makes these sausage balls moist and tender.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb sausage, uncooked (i use mild or medium)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 c bisquick mix
- 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Bake in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, or until brown.
- Eat plain or serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
