Ingredients:
- 1 package chocolate almond bark or candy melts
- 1 tablespoon shortening (if needed)
- 1 package Caramel bits
- 1 1/2 cups Fried pecans (or plain pecans will work too)
Directions:
- Line
a large cookie sheet with parchment paper or waxed paper. Melt
chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, according to package
directions add shortening if chocolate seems thick. Add in caramel bits
and pecans, stir just to coat. Pour out onto cookie sheet, spread to
desired thickness. Let chocolate set at room temperature or to speed it
up, place in refrigerator until set. Cut to desired size bars. Store in
airtight container.

Ingredients:
- 1 chocolate cookie pie crust (for an 8-inch pie pan; pre-made or homemade)
- 1 cup marshmallow creme
- ⅓ cup caramel sauce
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup peanuts, lightly salted
- 1-2 Goo Goo Clusters, chopped
Directions:
- Layer marshmallow creme evenly over the pie crust. Spoon caramel over marshmallow layer. Follow with the ice cream.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate with the vegetable oil for about 1 minute. Stir and melt for another minute, if necessary. Spoon quickly over ice cream.
- Cover with peanuts and Goo Goo Cluster crumbles, and freeze for several hours before serving.
