Memphis Style Ribs

Try this easy and tantalizing recipe, which pays homage to the fine Memphis tradition of dry seasoned ribs. 

Ingredients:

 
 
 Directions:
 Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix Barbecue Seasoning, garlic salt and chipotle chile pepper in small bowl. Lightly rub ribs with oil then generously season both sides with seasoning mixture.
  1. Place ribs in single layer on foil-lined roasting pan. Pour water into pan; cover tightly with foil.
  2. Bake 1 hour or until meat starts to pull away from bones.
  3. Transfer ribs to grill and baste with maple syrup. Grill over medium-high heat 1 to 2 minutes per side or until browned.
