Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix Barbecue Seasoning, garlic salt and chipotle chile pepper in small bowl. Lightly rub ribs with oil then generously season both sides with seasoning mixture.
- Place ribs in single layer on foil-lined
roasting pan . Pour water into pan; cover tightly with foil. - Bake 1 hour or until meat starts to pull away from bones.
- Transfer ribs to grill and baste with maple syrup. Grill over medium-high heat 1 to 2 minutes per side or until browned.
