Lemonade

 
Homemade weight loss drink with water, lemon and pepper.

Losing 5 pounds per week can be achieved if you do the following steps: 

Wash lemon. Squeeze half of the lemon into a measuring cup with a pour spout. Use a spoon to remove any seeds.
Ingredients:
1    Cup of Water (measure)
1    Scoop of Protein Powder (such as whey protein) or 1/4 cup of protein powder if it doesn't have a scoop.
1/2 tsp. of Cayenne Pepper
1    tbsp. of Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup of Fresh or Frozen Fruit
1/2 Cup of Yogurt
4-7 Ice Cubes
The protein along with the fiber from the fruit helps to satisfy your appetite with this weight loss drink.
Directions:
Serve the weight-loss drink in a chilled glass. Use it for a weight-loss breakfast or lunch on the go. Consuming three servings of dairy per day can help you lose weight, according to a study published in the 2005 issue of the "Journal of the American College of Nutrition."
