Ingredients:
1 (6 oz.) box Jello brand pistachio instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip Carton
1 lg. can pineapple, crushed and drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions:
Drain the pineapple. Combine dry pudding mix with the drained pineapple and mix well. Add Cool Whip and marshmallows and fold in nuts. Serve in a pretty dish; this salad is not molded. Serves 20.
