Ooey Gooey Butter Cake



Ingredients:

1 white cake mix (any brand)
1 egg
1 stick (melted) butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temp.)
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
2 eggs

Directions:

Combine first three ingredients with a fork, it will be almost like pie crust. Press into a greased and floured 13x9 inch cake pan, set aside.

In a separate bowl combine second three ingredients for two minutes on medium speed. Pour into "crust" already in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
