Kentucky Mountain Honey Cornbread

Ingredients:

1-1/4 cups White Flour
3/4 cup Corn Meal
2 tbsp. Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup Kentucky Mountain. Honey
1 Egg (beaten)


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Generously oil cast iron skillet. Combine all dry ingredients. Add milk, oil, egg and Kentucky Mtn. HONEY. Mix well until just moistened. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with warm Kentucky Mtn. HONEY or butter on top.
