Chocolate Whipped Cream


Ingredients:

1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream


Directions:


Mix cocoa and sugar together with cream and stir together lightly (do not whip). Let set in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or over night, then whip cream as you normally would.

A wonderful topping for many desserts and beverages, use as frosting, as filling, or freeze it like ice cream….the sky is the limit for this old favorite!
