White Chocolate Blondies
Ingredients:
5 ounces of White chocolate chips
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Put in microwave at 70% power until melted. Stir in both sugars. Add in eggs and vanilla and stir well.
Next stir in
Stir In:
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
our into 8 X 8 PAN lined with non-stick foil and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 Minutes. Cool for 5 minutes on counter and then place in freezer to speed up chilling!
Make Frosting:
Beat together:
1/2 cup soft butter
2 tablespoon Skippy Peanut Butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
Add:
1/2 Cup flour
1/4 Cup cocoa powder
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Whip on high speed until very smooth. Spread on cooled blondies. Melt some extra white chocolate to drizzle on top and decorate with white chips and mini chocolate chips.
