Hedgehog Biscuits
Ingredients:
• 30 g flour
• 20 g butter
• 10 g powdered sugar
• 1 egg yolk
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, with the exception of the egg yolk. Knead the dough by adding the eggs. If necessary, you can add a spoonful of sour cream and flavor it with grated lemon zest or vanilla sugar.
When you are done with the dough, let it rest in the fridge for 20 minutes. First, form small balls out of the dough. Place it between your palms and spun the dough to form the desired shape. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes. When the cookies are cooled, the hedgehog’s back should be rotated in melted chocolate then covered with toasted, chopped walnuts (or in shredded coconut). Draw the eyes and the nose with a few drops of chocolate and that is all. And you now have a really cute and tasty desert.
