Strawberry Butter

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
2 teaspoons grated orange peel

Directions:

Blend 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. sliced strawberries and 2 t. grated orange peel in blender or food processor until smooth.
