Cast Iron Skillet Meatloaf

Ingredients:
 
2 Lbs. Ground Chuck
1 Package Onion Soup Mix
2 Eggs
1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1/8 tsp. Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1/8 tsp. Lawry's Seasoned Pepper
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
 
Directions:
 
Preheat oven to 350.
 
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
 
Form into two loaves and shape.
 
Place trivet into cast iron skillet and spray lightly with cooking oil.
 
Bake for required time and remove to cutting board to cool and slice.
 
Notes:
 
Serve with small whole buttered and parsley potatoes and green beans. The skillet dripping can be turned into a nice gravy.
