Grilled Steamed Shrimp



Ingredients:
1/2 stick softened butter
1 cup chopped parsley
2 chopped garlic cloves
Salt and pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
1 lb unpeeled large shrimp
Pinch of red pepper flakes


Directions:

Place all ingredients into 2 separate pieces of foil and seal tight.

Grill 8-10 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked.

Choose an array of thick sliced veggies, spray with Pam and your favorite seasonings.


Grill until tender
