Turn family dinner into a fine dining experience with this wine and lemon herb rub. Will you grill, broil or bake it into your salmon?
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Place salmon, skin-side down, on baking sheet sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- Mix Seafood Rub, oil and wine in small bowl. Spread evenly over top of salmon.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Cooking Tips:Substitute swordfish or mahi mahi for the salmon.
Grilling Directions: Prepare salmon as directed. Grill over medium heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
