Salmon Lemon Herb Rub

Turn family dinner into a fine dining experience with this wine and lemon herb rub. Will you grill, broil or bake it into your salmon?



  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place salmon, skin-side down, on baking sheet sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
  2. Mix Seafood Rub, oil and wine in small bowl. Spread evenly over top of salmon.
  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. 

    Cooking Tips:

    Substitute swordfish or mahi mahi for the salmon.

    Grilling Directions: Prepare salmon as directed. Grill over medium heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
