Mediterranean Salsa

Lookbook
Serves: Makes 1 cup or 8 (2-tablespoon) servings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup finely chopped plum tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Basil Leaves 
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano Leaves 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Salt 

Directions:

Mix together the sauces and add to the vinegar. Stir until mixture is smooth. Pour over the tomatoes and chill.
Serve.
