It’s so easy to make your own Buttermilk with just 2 Ingredients. It’s better than store bought and you’ll never run short as you can make it in 10 minutes.
- 1 cup milk (I used skim, but 2 percent or whole milk would work too)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice*
Store buttermilk in refrigerator up to 1 week.
NOTE: White vinegar may be used instead of lemon juice.
