|15 oz||Tub I Can't Believe It's Not Butter|
|3 Tbsp||Strawberry Preserves|
|½ tsp||Lemon Zest|
|3 Tbsp||Blueberry Preserves|
Divide butter equally into three separate bowls. In the first bowl, stir in the strawberry preserves. In the second bowl, stir in the lemon zest. In the third bowl, stir in the blueberry preserves. Layer the three butters in a serving bowl or butter crock, starting with the strawberry on the bottom, the lemon in the middle and the blueberry on the top. Garnish with a slice of starfruit. Serve spread with favorite toast.
